· 1805 B-3 — Obverse: New die stage after DS - 5. Light crack from right side of 8 through 05 into field under bust. (7/25/2008)
· 1818 B-10 — Reverse DS-4: “Die crack across shield?”: A later die stage was discovered at the 2008 ANA. There is a reverse die crack which begins inside the left side of the shield. This crack continues left to the inside of the left wing and right, across the shield, through the right wing, and between RI in AMERICA to the rim. It also looks like the reverse die was lapped prior to this stage as the clash marks are no longer present. (7/30/2008)
· 1828 B-1 — Reverse DS-3: Need to add, “Light crack from rim above N to top of IT in UNITED.” Discovered by Denis Loring. (9/18/2008)
· 1834 B-1 — Reverse DS-5: Add new diagonal crack from inside top of left wing down through left wing. (11/25/2008)
. 1835 B-2 — Obverse DS-4: New die stage now showing clashed bars at the ear. Discovered by Richard Kurtz and verified at the FUN show. (1/9/2008) |

· 1815 B-1 — E & L’s: The “L” counterstamp comes on at least three separate die stages; no clashes; single clash; and double clash. Discovered by Glenn Marx (2/10/2009), confirmed at the LA ANA on examples owned by Denis Loring. (8/04/2009)
· 1815 B-1 — Die Stages: The preceding discovery has also changed the die stage listings for this die marriage. When clashing and lapping are involved, it is difficult to always see and understand what occurred and when. Here is the new tentative listing for this marriage:
OBV:
1. DIE PERFECT.
2. DIE LIGHTLY CLASHED.
3. DIE LIGHTLY CLASHED AGAIN, NOW SHOWING TWO SETS OF CLASHES.
4. DIE LAPPED, DIE LINE AT FORECURL AND BOTH LIGHT CLASHES REMOVED.
5. DIE HEAVILY CLASHED YET AGAIN, BARS @ EAR, ARROWHEADS BEHIND & ABOVE CAP, SCROLL ABOVE DATE.
6. DIE LAPPED, MOST CLASHING REMOVED. (this stage may not exist)
REV:
1. DIE PERFECT.
2. DIE LIGHTLY CLASHED.
3. DIE LIGHTLY CLASHED AGAIN, NOW SHOWING TWO SETS OF CLASHES.
4. DIE LAPPED, ALL CLASHING REMOVED.
5. DIES HEAVILY CLASHED AGAIN.
Discovered by Glenn Marx & Denis Loring and confirmed at the LA ANA. (8/04/2009)
