For any printed work, errors or mistakes escape even the most assiduous editor. No matter how many times editing is done, even by multiple persons, the occasional oversight will be only discovered by you the reader. For this reason authors must contemplate how best to get the corrected information out to the purchasers of the fruits of their labors.
